Lucy is a ninety-five year old grandmother.
In his house, the yellowed photos tell the story of the adolescence of a boy, who at the time was called Luciano, and who was about to experience the most terrible period of his life.
Lucy is the oldest transgender woman in Italy. She is one of the few surviving survivors of the Dachau concentration camp.
Lucy, through her life, tells the story of the twentieth century.
The events of his turbulent existence become a metaphor for a humanity that does not give up and that treasures the greatest gift of history, memory, as its sole and essential starting point.
